I discovered it on Esha's blog. This time the word prompt is 'HEAT'.
I like winter in a moderate way. But this season could be spectacular
as images with the snow, ice, frozen windows and waters, winter sports, etc...
You get the picture.
I had an idea to find ways of raising our body temperature, in the case we need.
Even what I found is not much, I want to share with you my discoveries, but
for details you have to go further!?
There are two ideas in the related links:
- a form of meditation called 'g Tum-mo':
"The two aspects of g Tum-mo meditation that lead to temperature increases are

Maybe it's not much, but it's a small start of generating heat (!) if we have to.
Meditation and gymnastic should be an everyday practice...
But please, don't worry! I wrote this idea is for me...

Imi place iarna dar moderat. Insa acest anotimp este spectaculos prin imagini cu
zapada, gheata, geamuri si ape inghetate, sporturi de iarna etc... Ati prins sensul.
Mi-a venit o idee sa caut prin ce miloace ne putem incalzi, in cazul in care avem nevoie.
Chiar daca ceea ce am gasit este cam putin, am vrut sa va impartasesc descoperirile mele,
insa daca vreti alte detalii trebuie sa mai studiati! ?

- o forma de meditatie numita "g Tum-mo":

- sase pozitii de yoga care genereaza incalzirea corpului.
Poate ca nu este mult, dar este un mic inceput pentru a genera caldura (!) daca trebuie.
Meditatia si gimnastica ar trebui sa fie o practica zilnica...
Dar va rog, nu va faceti griji! Am scris ideea pentru mine...
