#Fiction Monday (84) Different meanings for 'still' Diferite intelesuri pentru 'still'

Are you still with me in this game? I hope so, because it's strange to
write about some ideas that crossed my mind, thinking that the words
could change the world but the world remained still the same...
Usually I see this the next morning...!
It's naive to have a mind narrative of transformation of the bad in good,
of the dark in light, of the tears in smile...
But I continue to feel that the energy of our thoughts transforms what is
false and lie in our reality to the normality to which we have been entitled
since we were born!
It's difficult to understand how to stay still in a moment of panic.
But trust me, we must learn to handle these kind of situations, because
it's not wise not to think clearly or not at all in a crisis!
We have to find out our own way of dealing with these kind of moments.
Probably the easiest way is to learn a breathing technique.
I think meditation is a fabulous way of staying still. It's a way of connection
with our inner self. Could be a valuable practice if we succeed to obtain a
quiet mind!? The ocean is silent, only the waves are noisy...
Let's imagine we are the ocean!

Mai sunteti cu mine in acest joc? Sper ca da, pentru ca este ciudat sa scriu despre
anumite idei ce mi-au trecut prin minte, gandind cum cuvintele ar putea schimba
lumea, dar lumea a ramas practic la fel...
De obicei vad asta in dimineata urmatoare...
Este naiv sa am un narativ al mintii despre transformarea raului in bine,
a intunericului in lumina, a lacrimilor in zambet...
Dar continui sa simt ca energia gandurilor noastre transforma falsul si minciuna
din realitatea noastra in normalitatea la care avem dreptul de cand ne-am nascut!
Este greu de inteles cum ai putea sta linistit intr-un moment de panica.
Dar credeti-ma, trebuie sa invatam sa gestionam astfel de situatii, pentru ca nu
este intelept sa nu gandim limpede sau chiar deloc intr-o criza!
Trebuie sa descoperim propriul nostru mod de a face fata unor astfel de momente.
Probabil cea mai usoara cale este sa invatam o tehnica de respiratie.
Cred ca meditatia este un mod fabulos de a ramane calmi. Este calea de a ne
conecta cu sinele nostru. Ar putea fi o practica valoroasa daca am reusi sa obtinem
o minte linistita.? Oceanul este tacut, doar valurile sunt zgomotoase.
Sa ne imaginam ca suntem oceanul!
