In Bucharest any child can practice ice-hockey. Doesn't matter if he come from Sweden, Russia, Kazahstan, Slovakia.  France or Austria. CSS TRIUMF  Bucuresti is one of the sport clubs where a youth or a junior can practice this wonderfull sport. Actually , being established in 1975, Triumf Bucuresti is the oldest junior ice-hockey team from Bucharest. The purpose of the club is to prepare juniors for the performance. During the communist government of Romania were a lot of junior clubs (actually were "School Sport Club") but many of them dissapear in the last 25 years because the lack of financing or because many of the sport facilieties were destroyed. CSS Triumf Bucuresti managed to keep his junior training mission for performance in many disciplines, including ice hockey. Also CSS Triumf is the only southern romanian Ice-Hockey Woman team. Yes. Triumf Bucuresti can be a solution for practicing woman ice hockey and the main coach of Triumf's hockey teams is also the coach of the Romanian National Ice Hockey Woman Team. The juniors from Triumf Hockey are started at 5 years (born in 2012) and 98% of the kids are part of the u12, u10 and U8 teams, teams which are involved in national championships or in regional championship of Transsylvania Hockey League, where they face the most powerfull junior team from Romania. Hockey means health, joy, a large number of friends, a special kind of involvement in the time of your child because during the season are many tournements in different places of the country. So, hockey give the opportunity to spend more time with the family, with your child. Is not like a football game whch is held 4 blocks away. For a hockey tournement you must go to Brasov, Miercurea Ciuc or Galati. 1-2 , maybe 3 days. Hockey is a 11 months a year sport. even outside are 35C the necessary out-ice trainings are weekly. Also appear some opportunitiest o take part to summer hockey camps or to make some training camps. Hockey is education. Sport means Education. Triumf Bucuresti is a club where the sport is a joined by fun and education. Next week our teams start the traings for the next season.
