Nicolae S. Minovici(23 October 1868 – 26 June 1941) was aRomanianforensic scientistandcriminologistwho served as head of his country'santhropometricservice.[1][2]He is known for his studies investigating connections betweentattooingand criminal behaviour,[2]as well as his research onhangingand its physiological effects on the human body.[3][4]
