Noul Contract Colectiv Național de Muncă din Italia, valabil până în 2028, stabilește creșteri salariale graduale și ajustări în funcție de inflație.

The financial implications of this new contract are considerable. For caregivers, or „badante,” working 54 hours a week, the annual salary increase is estimated to be between 850 and 900 euros. Meanwhile, nannies, or „bone,” who typically work 40 hours a week, can expect an increase of 900 to 1,000 euros annually.
