Comey described the investigation as “open and ongoing”. He drew attention at the hearing that leaks of classified information is a crime.
The United States House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence invited James Comey and his counterpart from the supervisory agency for communications (NSA), Mike Rogers, to testify about any possible ties between Russia and Trump’s camp.
Republican Congressman and Committee Chairman, Devin Nunes, has
already suggested that there is no evidence that Trump’s team was
involved in a campaign of destabilization.
