? Ich denke, jeder beginnt den Januar mit einer neuen Diät – ich weiß, dass ich das tue. Besonders nach einem Monat in Rumänien, wo ich jeden Tag einen Kuchen und die traditionellen Speisen gegessen habe, die meine Mutter mit Liebe zubereitet hat. Seit Mitte Januar esse ich viel, viel Gemüse, weißes Fleisch, etwas Obst und Samen. Ich habe die Kohlenhydrate für diese Detox-Phase weggelassen, werde sie aber langsam einführen.? Daher war ich sehr glücklich, als ich die Gelegenheit bekam, die Costa-Spezialitäten - Wildlachs und pazifische Garnelen - kostenlos zu probieren. Ich komme ursprünglich aus dem Donaudelta, kann also zu jeder Mahlzeit Fisch haben und es wird mir nie langweilig.
