When science throws religion and philosophy through the window
Religion and physics two irreducible elements, which many times have been perceived as antagonistic. Religion, at least in the last few decades, has started to make the first steps towards science by accepting more and more of its theories. Science, on the other hand, is getting overtly against any form of religion.
Reputed scientists who believe in religion are quite rare, maybe they are afraid that they’ll be perceived as not serious enough for their domain. For scientists, religion and philosophy are frivolous, they are inexact and unmeasurable. If hundreds of years ago scientists were also philosophers or clergymen, nowadays science has advanced so much and at such a high and sophisticated pace that it has made it impossible for the philosophy to keep the rhythm.
