There are so many movies and books where the heroes are at the center of dangerous
actions, in the course of which they must act with bravery, obviously winning challenges
almost impossible to imagine in the real life.
But I wondered why this kind of movies, even more than books, are so appreciated?
Only because during the course of the performance, the scales are always tilted to the good,
the positive heroes coming up victorious? Do people feel the need to identify with them
because in the real life, their own battles often end unpleasantly?
Or maybe, for a brief period of time, it appears the possibility of special protection for
a person or a collectivity?
I don't know which is dominant, but I assume it could be a little bit of both.
In childhood we discover the heroes of the stories and often even we identify with them,
but as adults it's not quite that simple and many of us are not prepared for the challenges.
If I have to say something funny about those movies, I'd like at least a particle of the physical condition of the characters... ?
From my perspective, I think being brave is to challenge ourselves and our
limitations. Because sometimes it might be painful or even dangerous.
And most of all, we would be forced out of our comfort zone, that we love so much!

Sunt atatea filme si carti in care eroii sunt in centrul unor actiuni periculoase,
pe parcursul carora trebuie sa actioneze plini de curaj, evident castigand cam
mereu provocarile aproape imposibil de imaginat in viata reala.
M-am intrebat totusi de ce acest gen de filme, mai mult chiar decat
literatura, sunt atat de apreciate? Doar pentru ca pe parcursul spectacolului,
balanta se inclina mai mereu spre bine, eroii pozitivi iesind invingatori?
Oare oamenii simt nevoia sa se identifice cu ei pentru ca in viata reala propriile
batalii sunt de multe ori cu final neplacut? Sau poate ca, pentru o scurta
perioada de timp, apare posibilitatea unei protectii speciale, pentru un om sau
pentru o colectivitate? Nu stiu care din variante este dominanta, insa presupun
ca poate fi ceva din amandoua.
In copilarie descoperim eroii povestilor si chiar ne identificam de multe ori cu ei,
insa ca adulti nu mai este chiar la fel de simplu si multi dintre noi nu suntem
pregatiti pentru provocarile intalnite.
Daca este sa zic ceva amuzant despre acele filme, mi-as dori macar o particica
din conditia fizica a personajelor... ?
Din perspectiva mea, cred ca cel mai mare curaj este sa ne provocam pe noi
insine si limitele noastre. Pentru ca uneori ar putea fi dureros sau chiar
periculos. Si mai ales am fi obligati sa iesim din zona noastra de confort,
pe care ne-o iubim atat de mult!
