I discovered it on Esha's blog. This time the word prompt is
'REGRET'.
Even though regrets are a huge waste of time and... life, everyday the ego generates
this bitter feeling, destroying our present moment with a perfect and diabolic
mechanism. Spending time with our own regrets, we forget to observe, to be
conscious, to understand the importance of being alive, enjoying our breathing,
discovering a new idea for a small... whatever we like to do:
a sketch, a text, a new recipe, a new game with kids, a snapshot, a walk in the park...
Practically we regret something from our past, that of course, we cannot change!
At least, if we do this, it would be better to discover the useful lessons, not to
reload the same mistakes!
Let's not regret what we do not have, because it's a little bit weird to do this...
I think this kind of attitude it's the perfect method of building our own prison.
And what we do with our 'free will' and our hands is very complicated to destroy.
And definitely it comes a moment of regretting this huge mistake, but usually when
this moment appears it is difficult to restart what we have to do!
By the way, do not think too much scary scenarios for the future! There is a
chance to materialize them and you'll deeply regret your imaginary narrative! ?
Chiar daca regretele sunt o uriasa pierdere de timp si de... viata, in fiecare zi
ego-ul genereaza acest sentiment amar, distrugandu-ne momentul prezent cu un
mecanism perfect si diabolic. Petrecandu-ne timpul cu propriile regrete, uitam sa
observam, sa fim constienti, sa intelegem importanta ideii de a fi vii, sa ne bucuram
de propria respiratie, de descoperirea unei idei noi pentru... orice ne place sa facem:
o schita, un text, o noua reteta, un joc nou impreuna cu copiii, un instantaneu,
o plimbare in parc...
Practic regretam ceva din trecutul nostru, pe care evident nu il putem schimba!
Cel putin daca tot facem asta, ar fi bine sa descoperim lectiile utile, pentru a nu
repeta aceleasi greseli!
Sa nu regretam ceea ce nu avem, pentru ca ar fi cam ciudat sa facem asta...!
Cred ca o astfel de atitudine este metoda perfecta pentru a ne construi propria
inchisoare. Si ceea ce facem utilizand 'liberul arbitru' si mainile noastre,
este foarte complicat de distrus.
Si cu siguranta vine un moment cand regretam aceasta greseala enorma, dar
in mod normal cand se intampla asta, este dificil de repornit ceea ce ne trebuie!
In treacat fie zis, nu va ganditi prea mult la scenarii infricosatoare pentru viitor!
Exista sansa sa le materializati si veti regreta amarnic narativul imaginar! ?
