I know, washing your brushes is not the most pleasant part of this whole make-up thing. If you own too many, it’s even worse, and much more time consuming. But it’s such an important step, because if you don’t clean them often, many bad things can happen.
At the moment, I have the “minimalistic” approach when it comes to brushes, so I only own a few. And believe it or not, I actually use (almost) each one of them when I do my make-up. I plan to buy a couple more in the future, but for now I’m good.
Anyways, the point is that you most likely don’t wash them after each use… and that makes sense, especially if you use them only on yourself. We’re not talking about make-up artists here, because they have some specific hygiene rules to follow. But for a regular make-up lover,...
