What I have to tell you is we flown there from Germany in March, now you have to keep in mind that Germany was very cold at the moment between 10 and 16°C and upon on arrival in Phuket there were 32°C !!! Which don’t get me wrong it was amazing -  but it took us one or two days to accommodate!     The drive from the airport to our hotel was also a bit of a shock to us,  the differences between Europe and this part of the world are huge,  but I can assure you now - Thailand is amazing and has its own charm & beauty!!!     The 14 hours flight and jet-lag plus the change of temperature and climate,  add the cultural shock and we were just tired as we have never been before!!! But you can’t imagine what a good sleep, cozy clean hotel, delicious meal and some hours at the beach can do to you !...
