She said – as she rushed through the door

A cloudy mind, a body full of shame

She left everything and took all the blame

Her face full of tears, her eyes all red and sore

“I’ll never look up for you again!”

He screamed, as he smashed his white wine glass

He promised he will not let another second pass

Without cursing on their love.

6 years and too many nights shared

She thought it would last

But he never really cared

She lived on the love they had in the past

He loved her too much, but he was too scared
