I have always felt invisible to people my age,
Always appealing to the older ones.
They don't run with me to the green lights of electronic
music;
They don't have time to let me bloom;
They already know all the flowers.
They need my joy to make their lives better.
My freckles appear to be a joke
To someone who has wrinkles even on their shoulders.
People my age never saw me.
I have always seen them.
